Due to the nature of luxury designer items and cross-border transactions, we operate a strict no-return, no-exchange policy. Please carefully review all product details, measurements, and QC reports before purchasing.
Why We Cannot Accept Returns
Authentication Integrity
Each item undergoes rigorous authentication before shipping. Once an item leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee its authenticity upon return.
International Logistics
Cross-border shipping involves complex customs procedures and significant costs that make returns impractical.
Unique & Limited Items
Many items are unique pieces or from limited collections that cannot be restocked or easily resold.
What We Provide Instead
Detailed QC Reports
Comprehensive quality control reports with precise measurements, condition notes, and high-resolution photography.
Pre-Purchase Support
Our team is available to answer any questions about items before you purchase.
Shipping Video Evidence
We record the packing and shipping process for every order as proof of item condition.
Exceptions
We may consider exceptions only in cases of:
- Items received significantly different from the QC report (with photo evidence within 24 hours of delivery)
- Damaged during shipping (must be documented upon receipt)
- Wrong item shipped (extremely rare)
All exception requests are reviewed by our disputes team and decided on a case-by-case basis.
